1st June Price Update
With ongoing volatility across the construction supply chain manufacturers and suppliers continue to implement frequent and often unannounced price increases. As a result we now have no option but to pass on certain cost increases where necessary while continuing to work hard to keep them to a minimum.
Automated Order Acknowledgement
At KBM our focus is firmly on supporting customers through this uncertainty. One of the key ways we’re doing this is by introducing an automated order acknowledgement service on your account. Every time an order is placed you can receive an immediate email confirmation detailing exactly what has been ordered and the price at the point of processing. This gives complete clarity at source and helps eliminate any uncertainty around pricing at a time when it is needed most.
At the moment we will not be applying fuel or delivery surcharges despite continued pressure across the industry to do so. We remain committed to fair transparent pricing and challenging unnecessary additional costs wherever possible.
We appreciate how difficult it is for customers to plan and cost work in the current climate, and this service is designed specifically to make that easier.
