First time that I have used KBM (having recently moved into the area) and I am extremely impressed with both the service and the quality of the products that were delivered. Indeed, my order (fence posts, rails, mortar and plasterboard) was delivered within just a few days of ordering online...I wasn't expecting that so very pleased. Everything that I ordered was delivered, all in very good condition and placed exactly where I wanted at the front of the property. Furthermore, prior to delivery, I was phoned to confirm the date and time of delivery which allowed me time to make the necessary arrangements in preparation. I will definitely be using KBM again as I have several projects planned over the coming months (or years !). From an online perspective, searching for items and subsequent ordering was a simple and pain-free process. Very pleasing for a DIYer like myself.
